Prices
1. Let’s Discover Travel may at its discretion by not less than one month’s notice in writing to the operator’s change rates after the specified dates.
2. In the event of any change in government taxes, Let’s Discover Travel reserves the right to adjust these rates accordingly.
Payments
1. In order to confirm booking, Let’s Discover Travel shall require the client to make a deposit of 30% of the total invoice amount, 14 days after receipt of the invoice. The final payment of 70% shall be required not later than 30 days prior to arrival
date.
2. Any dispute regarding an invoice must be received by Let’s Discover Travel accounts department within 3 days from receipt of that invoice.
Amendments
1. Bookings can be amended not less than 72 hours before the travel date at no extra cost and subject to availability of the new dates.
2. Bookings over the high season and over the festive period, can be amended but it will be on a case-to-case basis.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation for Cause
The applicable booking package rate per person will be charged as indicated below:
1. Bookings cancelled or reduced in number 30 days to the date of accommodation will be offered a credit note to be utilized until 48 months
2. Bookings cancelled or reduced in number 14 days to the date of accommodation will be charged 25%
3. Bookings cancelled or reduced in number 7 days to the date of accommodation will be charged 50%
4. Bookings that are a NO SHOW on the date of accommodation will be charged 100%
Cancellation due to COVID and any other circumstances out of our control e.g political unrest
Bookings cancelled or reduced in number will be offered a credit note to be utilized until 48 months
