Overview
The tent at Ole Samara is a two-bedroom. You walk into the living room with an open plan kitchen, bar and dining space, and a living room that opens up to the deck with a view of the Burguret river valley. The living room has a fireplace and luxury white linen couch plus a wing chair. The magazines on the coffee table and the outdoor deck furniture, Barbecue grill compliment the space and essence of the destination which offers a 180-degree cliff-top view of nature.
Both bedrooms are ensuite with bath-tabs, a giant glass window with a view, a massive shower cubicle, and his and hers washbasin concept. The right-hand side bedroom has two single beds and the left-hand side bedroom is the master bedroom with a king-size bed. The bedrooms open up to the tent’s deck area with a view.
On-site there is a shared clifftop pool with other suite residents and a clubhouse. The Famous Trout tree restaurant is a 5 minutes walk away, feel free t dine at the restaurant. You get an opportunity to get your catch from the ponds and the chefs prepare it for you to your liking. A true Nanyuki experience!
You can also take a stroll down to the river and enjoy a workout or Yoga session by the natural gardens. The property offers some seating by the river banks, feel free to have your drinks in these areas, it’s magical!
The tent is self-catering with state-of-the-art and modern kitchen equipment from an oven, a fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, etc. We provide basic cooking ingredients and a selection of some herbs/spices

Guest have access to the whole tent, upper deck with a fireplace at the Ole Samara cottages, club house, cliff top pool, and club house.
The river is a 5 minutes walk down the valley that guests can also access. Our host on-site will be delighted to arrange a cab for you should you need shuttle services.
There is adequate and secure free parking on the property.
Only a 2.5-hour drive from Nairobi, The property is ideal for a quiet, secluded weekend getaway if looking for peace & tranquility, or a good central base for many exciting activities in the area if looking for sport & adventure.
It is located 500 meters off the main Nairobi-Nanyuki road, it is a very convenient place to break a journey if headed further up North. With the lively, cosmopolitan town of Nanyuki only a 10-minute drive away, the tent is within easy reach of a great choice of pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets.
The home is a self-catering home. We can make arrangements for a chef on advance notice at a fee based on availability.
