Tours Description
- STONE TOWN TOUR kes 9,500 PER PERSON
This two or three hours’ tour begins with a visit to Zanzibar’s colorful market, alive with the buzz of locals bartering fresh vegetables and baskets of tropical fruit, amongst the heady aroma of herbs and spices, we continue onto the site of a cathedral built in 1874 then to the Zanzibar Museum, Tippu Tip’s House, the former British Club, the Old Fort and the recently renovated Indian Dispensary. Your tour ends with a stroll through the narrow streets of Stone Town.
- SPICE TOUR Kes 7,500 PER PERSON
Kizimbani is the among the areas for the spice tour. We will visit the spice plantations where you will have the opportunity to pick, smell, and savor fruits and spices which you have probably never seen on the supermarket shelf, Cloves, star fruit, tangerine trees, lemon grass, mangos teen, ‘lipstick trees’, to name but a few what you can expect to see! This is the cheapest place to buy locally made perfumes and oils.
- JOZANI FOREST kes 11,500 PER PERSON
Jozani forest is the forest for red colobus monkeys and visit the floating mangrove bridge. Jozani has an excellent nature trail and the guides are well trained and informative. A walk through this impressive flora and fauna is one of the highlights Zanzibar has to offer.
- PRISON ISLAND TOUR kes 10,500 PER PERSON
After breakfast we drive to Zanzibar Stone Town to catch our boat to Prison island. The island offers a stunning view of the Town especially during the night; there is very beautiful minor sandy beach where swimming on the crystal waters is marvelous. The coral reefs surrounding the island provide an opportunity of snorkeling. This is also a home of the giant tortoise, which is now under strict conservation. A short-guided tour around the island will provide the real picture.
- DOLPHIN TOUR kes 10,500 PER PERSON
Kizimkazi is the fishing village for a dolphin tour, after arriving we take a motorized boat and start searching for dolphins. If we are lucky we can use about 5 to 10 minutes cruising on search of dolphins. After swimming with them we go to shallow water for snorkeling before getting back to the beach for taking shower, have lunch and a bit of beach leisure.
- SAFARI BLUE kes 12,150 PER PERSON
This is a full day trip on locally constructed sailing dhows, fitted with outboard motors, marine VHF radios, life jackets and other security requirements. The dhow anchors in a safe and shallow area to allow for snorkeling. High quality snorkeling material are provided, and a large range of sizes is available. Lunch is served on a sand bank or on one of the many uninhabited island in the region. A traditional dish of barbecued fish, rice, lentils and fish curry is serves. Chilled fruit juice, mineral water, and bottled soft drinks are available throughout the tour. After lunch, clients can sail on an outrigger canoe carved out of a single mango tree, snorkel and swim or just relax. Return to Fumba is by sail, wind permitting, and clients arrive back at their hotel at about 1730 hrs. The price is per person, and includes the following:
- SEAFARI – ON REQUEST
The Seafari departs from Nungwi, followed by an hour’s trip along the stunning north-east coast of Zanzibar. Dolphin sightings are common. Two amazing snorkel sites await you at Mnemba, each very different from the other, from coral gardens to a steep reef that disappears into the abyss. It is a great day out, not to be missed. It includes world class snorkeling at the famous Mnemba Atoll, a marine conservation area, followed by a scrumptious seafood barbeque on the idyllic Muyuni beach. Eat and drink as much as you can, and soak up the sun enjoying the stunning views of Mnemba. The excursion ends with a traditional sail back to Nungwi.
- SAND BANK PICNIC ON REQUEST
For those who are looking for a completely relax or having an adventure and excitement. This is their answer. We sail towards the white sand bank; we will do some snorkeling and see the stunning array of colored corals and tropical fish of the island. The trip includes the use of top quality snorkeling equipment with guides and instructors, ice cold sodas, mineral water and the very delicious Zanzibar seafood lunch that will be served on the white sand. We round the day off by returning to the shore by traditional sail.
- SUNSET CRUISE kes 10,000 PER PERSON
The best way to experience the glorious Zanzibar sunset. a fun evening with family or friends, you will cruise along watching the setting sun cast gold and amber hues on the Island coast.
You will be treated to a glimpse of Zanzibar’s underwater bounty on a guided snorkeling tour just before the sun sets. When you have had your fill of snorkeling, get back on the boat, crack open the ice box and dig in to the wonderful liquid and edible treats that it holds as the sun dips below the horizon and the boat leisurely sails back.
- SWIMMING WITH TURTLES ZANZIBAR
Half day Zanzibar turtle sanctuary, swim with turtles in Zanzibar natural lagoon, with a guide. During the visit you can also feed turtles with sea weed or just spend your time in the water with them. Also you can take snorkeling mask to dive and watch them in their natural environment.
